Your manager was extremely RUDE!!!! And the waiter tipped himself also RUDE!!!!!! I will leave negative reviews about your establishment on every site I can find. When I returned with cash the server gave himself a tip out of my cash. She the said I had to leave my ID to go to an atm. I asked if you had a atm and she said no. The manager acted as if I was a criminal. I had already attempted to call my bank and due to late hour no on was available to assist in unblocking the card.
After the show the manager asked f I had cash extremely rudely and then aggressively asked what I was going to do. The waiter stated he ran the card 3 times. My debit card was declined I believe due to already being used at the first show. I then went directly to the second show and bought a third drink. The first two at the first show I paid for with my debit card that had an $800 balance I also left a 20% tip. I bought tickets on the street and paid for 3 drinks. Hi I was in your club today and attended two shows.
